Tempo° 09 is delighted to bring the Duets showcase back to the TAPAC stage for another season of dancing ‘cheek to cheek’. The Royal New Zealand Ballet presents two stunning works – Concerto, choreographed by Sir Kenneth McMillan, and Through to You, by choreographer Andrew Simmons featuring music by Arvo Part. Duets also features salsa experts Vivio & Greydis, TMC Dance Crew, Dancing With the Stars Jonny Williams & Kristy Boyd and many more. Duets celebrates partner dancing and duets by beautifully, humorously and dramatically exploring the space and relationship between two bodies through pas de deux, salsa, ballroom, tap, hip hop, flamenco, contemporary dance and more.
