Bailando Kids - Latin Dance (Ages 10 - 15)

Camila is a graduate from the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Arts (NASDA), with a performing background in singing, dancing and acting. She began training in classical ballet from the age of 5 for over 14 years, later branching out to the disciplines of Jazz, Latin dancing and Musical Theatre. She has had the opportunity to perform her music with incredible performers such as Dave Dobbyn and has won numerous national titles at the New Zealand Salsa Open as part of the EDP and RYDE Latin Dance Teams.

Combining her skills in the performing arts and love of working with children, she created JitterBubs Movement and Dance in 2017. JitterBubs specialises in on-site movement and dance programmes for early childhood centres.  Now, Camila and her team deliver weekly dance and movement programmes to ECE centres across Auckland. With more than 10 years of teaching experience and over four years specialising in early childhood, Camila is incredibly passionate about her work with young dancers. 

Camila is excited to be bringing her classes to TAPAC where she hopes to help students discover and develop a new passion!
