The JitterBubs Movement and Dance programme has been extensively tried and tested in early childhood centres for more than 3 years.
The programme encourages students to participate and learn at their own pace, in a fun and creative programme designed and developed specifically for their age group.
Previously only offered at early childhood education centres, the JitterBubs programme was designed to work alongside the principles and strands of the NZ Early Childhood Curriculum- Te Whāriki.
The programme provides a foundation which aids the children in future movement and dance training as well as their development and transition into pre-school and into school.
Jitterbubs understand that young children learn holistically and thus their motto is Discover, Develop, Dance, as the child discovers their body through movement. Jitterbubs aid children in developing fundamental skills such as balance, rhythm, coordination, listening, confidence and creativity through the elements of dance and movement.
