Kirsty has been studying yoga for fifteen years. She teaches an integrated Iyengar Yoga class. She has used yoga practice in her professional singing career and for physical and mental wellbeing. Alongside her profession in Opera and Pop music and as a background to a range of sports including Judo, she is experienced with teaching a range of yoga enthusiasts including beginners, first trimester ante-natal and childrens' classes. She says: 'Yoga is a delightful exercise and skill to have and it's always wonderful and heartening to see people improve, learn a new skill, enjoy and open new experience pathways for themselves!
