This workshop series centres on the Meisner Technique, an acting method created by Sanford Meisner that highlights the significance of genuine, spontaneous reactions and interactions. This six-week beginners course will focus on truthful responses, deep emotional connections, and instinctive reactions through exercises like repetition and emotional preparation.
