TAPAC class

A fun class designed to encourage each child’s unique creativity and confidence while they learn what makes a great TV or film performance.

Students will explore:

  • Embodying character, story and world
  • Reading and preparing scripts 
  • Creating imaginative worlds
  • Awareness of camera and technical requirements of screen craft
  • On-screen presence
  • Vocal and physical tools/exploration
  • Script interpretation and writing

  • Understanding of genre

  • Deeper exploration of journey and relationship across scenes

  • Auditioning and on-set etiquette

Ruby Love

Ruby Love (Power Rangers, Burying Brian, Life’s A Riot) began acting professionally at the age of 6 and fell in love. She brings with her 15+ years of experience and has since studied at Te Kura o Toi Whakaari : NZ Drama School and École Philippe Gaulier. Ruby continues to work across stage, screen and as a voice artist, and delights in facilitating opportunities for actors to train and explore.
