This beginner flamenco (community run) class will focus on engaging in the physical and mental wellbeing benefits of the dance.
Students will be introduced to the foundations of flamenco through fun games such as Flamenco palmas - where the aim of the game is to distinguish the different flamenco beats using feet and arms.
Different flamenco styles will also be explored in each class, and will also incorporate accessories such as the fan, shawl, and castanets.
